About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual’s well-being.

About You
We are looking for people who are warm, friendly and sensitive to the needs of residents; therefore you must enjoy the company of older people. Previous experience is not essential as full training will be provided. The right approach, willingness to learn and working well as part of a team are very important.
