About the Role

Join our Estates Team and become a Property Surveyor responsible for a specific geographic region. With 8 regional patches, you will be assigned to North-West England and provide a comprehensive service to the Care Homes and Retirement Living Schemes within your area.

(Areas Covered Include: Wiltshire, Swindon, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, Warwickshire, Bath, Chippenham, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and Newport Pagnell) 

Your main goal will be to ensure that the environment of these Homes/Schemes is compliant, safe, efficient, presentable, and enjoyable for everyone involved - staff, residents, and visitors.

As a Property Surveyor, you will oversee the delivery of reactive and void repairs, compliance-related remedial works, planned investment programs, and cyclical redecoration programs for the Homes/Schemes in your patch. Your expertise will ensure that all necessary statutory regulations are met, guaranteeing the highest level of compliance.

You will collaborate with Care Home and Retirement Living Scheme Managers as well as Maintenance Officers to guarantee successful project completion at a scheme level, reporting directly to the designated Estate Manager.

It is imperative to travel as part of this role, as you will be required to visit our Care Homes and Retirement Living Schemes situated throughout Northeast England.

If you do not have access to your own vehicle with a Full UK Driving license or any other appropriate means of transportation, you will unfortunately not be suitable for this position.
