Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO)

We are a founding member of the Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO), which represents retirement community providers in the UK, and our Chief Executive, Sam Monaghan, is one of their Directors.

ARCO launched its Consumer Code in 2015 to set and maintain high standards for integrated retirement community operators and provide a benchmark for good practice within the housing-with-care sector. As Approved Operators, we aim to comply with the Code’s requirements at all our ARCO registered retirement living schemes. Visit the Associated Retirement Community Operators (ARCO) website >

National Housing Federation
