Interim Director of People
Having joined MHA in 2023 as Head of People, Cathryn has been our Interim Director of People since April 2025.
She is responsible for leading MHA’s people strategy and shaping the One MHA culture, ensuring that our approach reflects our values of nurture, respect and inspire. With extensive experience in employee relations and organisational development, and a background in senior HR leadership roles across the NHS and higher education, Cathryn is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive culture where people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
