Cathryn Taylor
Director of People & Communications
Cathryn joined MHA in April 2023 as Head of People and became Interim Director of People in April 2025. In April 2026, she was appointed Director of People and Communications, with responsibility for leading MHA’s people and communications strategy.
She is responsible for leading MHA’s people strategy and shaping the One MHA culture, ensuring that our approach reflects our values of nurture, respect and inspire. With extensive experience in employee relations and organisational development, and a background in senior HR leadership roles across the NHS and higher education, Cathryn is passionate about creating a positive, inclusive culture where people feel valued, supported, and able to do their best work.
