Sam Cowling-Green

I lead a national chaplaincy team in the UK, working across MHA’s care homes and retirement living communities, accompanying people in later life through some of their most significant moments. Before MHA, I worked in NHS chaplaincy across acute and mental health settings, and formative time with L’Arche communities in the UK and US. I’m an ordained Anglican priest - a background that shapes how I think about leadership, culture, and how organisations sustain their purpose under challenge.
