Services for older people in South London
At MHA Communities South London, we want to enable older people to maintain their independence and live later life well.
Our social groups provide a whole range of support and services, including a wide range of activities and events, supported outings, befriending services, interest groups, signposting and other services that enable older people to remain actively involved in their local community.
Explore The Wilderness
The Wilderness is a unique and reformed garden which was first discovered over a 100 years ago. The reclaimed wilderness offers access to a hidden heritage garden in Croydon, South London with an accessible, engaging and nature conservation programme of activities.
The social group is something to look forward to, breaks the week up. Conversations to be had, banter to be had, ideas to exchange, outings to be enjoyed, great meals and teas to be enjoyed. Moral support is given if needed, enjoyment all round - also activities to enjoy. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I am grateful to MHA. Helping my mother get out each Tuesday and helping her maintain her independence and dignity as she has a number of health issues. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is having a meal and being looked after for a few hours each week spending time in the company of her friends.
