Minibus Escort - MHA Communities Horsforth

As a Volunteer Escort your role is to provide support to older people who are care home residents (passengers), travelling on a minibus.  You will escort people from the care home on to the minibus, and then take them into the location where they are attending their activity, and after the activity see them safely back into their home, at the agreed times.

You will receive ongoing support and guidance from a local coordinator who will match you with an older person, monitor your progress, and provide feedback. You will also have access to online resources, training opportunities, and peer support from other volunteers.
