A volunteer is required for our social group at our Churchill Court social group in Neston. You will assist with providing group members with the support they need to join in the activity, including working one to one with an older person to help them enjoy the activity, serve refreshments, and help people with activities. For example some weeks you might help a member enjoy a craft activity, or do a board game.

How much time do I need to commit as a volunteer?
Every Wednesday 10am - 12.30pm for 6 or more months.
What kind of support will I receive as a volunteer?
You will receive ongoing support and guidance from a local coordinator who will match you with an older person, monitor your progress, and provide feedback. You will also have access to online resources, training opportunities, and peer support from other volunteers. Travel expenses will be paid.

- A clear sense of personal boundaries and confidentiality
- Able to provide non-judgemental support
- Engage with training and development.
