It sounds like Jennifer Howes' journey at MHA Cromwell House has been remarkable, and it's lovely to see her being celebrated for 22 years of dedicated service. Her story of growth from a care assistant to home manager reflects both personal commitment and professional development. It’s clear that she values the atmosphere of MHA Cromwell House, and the support from her colleagues and the organisation has helped her thrive in her role.

The little celebration with flowers and a cake is a thoughtful way to recognize her efforts, and it’s heartwarming to hear how much she cares about both her residents and staff. Her reflection on the challenges, particularly during the pandemic, shows the resilience and dedication needed in care roles. Jennifer’s passion for making a difference in the lives of others truly shines through.
