“Would never have left if things were different” says home manager at MHA Warde Aldam

Kevin Pearson's journey at MHA Trembaths is a testament to his dedication and commitment to both the residents and his colleagues. Starting as a volunteer, Kevin's career path evolved over the years, moving from a care assistant to a senior carer, and now as a maintenance man. His 20 years of service were recently recognized with a long service award presented by Chief Executive, Sam Monaghan.

Kevin attributes his longevity to the supportive and cohesive atmosphere at the home, where staff are united in their mission to provide excellent care. He stresses the importance of showing respect for residents and emphasizes the need to "leave any problems at the door," ensuring that staff approach their work with positivity and commitment.
