The high praise from the Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) is well-deserved, especially for the exceptional management and positive work culture. It’s clear that the home prioritizes understanding what matters most to the residents and fostering an environment where both residents and staff feel valued.

Suzanne Taplin's pride in her team and their hard work really shines through. It must have been such a rewarding moment for everyone to see their efforts recognized after such a rigorous inspection.
