MHA Starr Hills, a residential care home in Lytham St Annes, kicked off the festive season by hosting a memorable Christmas party for its residents, family, and friends. Over 60 guests attended the celebration, which included lively entertainment from an accordion player and a surprise visit from Father Christmas, who brought gifts for everyone.

Emma Falkingham, the activity coordinator at MHA Starr Hills, expressed her gratitude to all who attended, stating, “The atmosphere in the home was amazing and everyone was in great spirits.” She highlighted how the event was intergenerational, with family members bringing younger children, adding to the joy, especially during Father Christmas’s appearance.

The event raised £140 through a raffle, which will go towards the home's amenities fund, further enhancing the care and support provided to the residents. Emma also shared that both residents and their families gave great feedback, making it a truly special and successful afternoon.
