It’s also beautiful to hear how much Anna enjoys her life at MHA Horfield Lodge, especially with the caring staff who go above and beyond to make her feel respected and valued. The special celebration, complete with balloons, birthday messages, and a delicious cake, must have made her 100th birthday extra special.

Anna’s journey from Eastern Poland to Bristol and her life filled with family, faith, and memories is truly remarkable. The way she credits her Roman Catholic faith as a source of strength, along with the cherished moments of prayer with her son, adds such depth to her story.
