What an inspiring and heartwarming story about Anna Hendzel celebrating her incredible milestone of turning 100! It’s clear that her long life is a combination of joy, resilience, and personal passions. Her love for sweet treats and Polish Vodka as part of her secret to longevity adds a fun and personal touch to her story!

It’s also beautiful to hear how much Anna enjoys her life at MHA Horfield Lodge, especially with the caring staff who go above and beyond to make her feel respected and valued. The special celebration, complete with balloons, birthday messages, and a delicious cake, must have made her 100th birthday extra special.

Anna’s journey from Eastern Poland to Bristol and her life filled with family, faith, and memories is truly remarkable. The way she credits her Roman Catholic faith as a source of strength, along with the cherished moments of prayer with her son, adds such depth to her story.
