It's inspiring to hear about Lucy's journey and the way she’s found her passion in social care so early in her career. Her story not only showcases the rewarding aspects of working in care but also how it can open doors to future aspirations, like becoming a paramedic. The close bonds she forms with residents and the support from her team at MHA Greenways are great reminders of how essential teamwork and empathy are in this field.

It’s also refreshing to see someone so young jumping into social care, especially when it’s often seen as a profession for those with more experience. Her dedication to helping others while building skills for her future career highlights the value of work experience as a stepping stone in shaping one's professional path.
