Angel Dalton’s story is truly inspiring, especially given her young age and the passion she has for her work at MHA Lauriston. Starting at 17, alongside her studies, shows a level of dedication and ambition that’s remarkable. It’s great that she found a place where the values of the organization resonated with her, making the decision to stay on full-time after her studies feel like a natural step.

Her goal to progress within the company, from aspiring to become a senior carer, is admirable. It’s clear she’s not only committed to her personal development but also values the support and mentorship from her colleagues and the management team. Her sentiment about being the "daughter of the home" highlights the close-knit, family-like atmosphere that makes working in a care home so special.
