It’s not often you find three members of the same family working under one roof, but for 21-year-old Brendon Kane, MHA Glen Rosa has always been more than just a workplace — it’s been a second home.

Brendon, a kitchen assistant at the Ilkley-based care home, is the third generation of his family to work at MHA Glen Rosa. His grandfather, Arthur Kane, served as a maintenance man, and his mother, Zoe White, continues to work there today as a senior carer.

Having spent countless afternoons at the home as a young child, Brendon’s connection to Glen Rosa started early.
