MHA The Willows celebrates 31st birthday with afternoon tea and Music Therapy session

A care assistant at MHA Hall Grange says moving into residential care has been “one of the best decisions” she has made, after seeking greater stability in her career.

Anna Adekayo, 26, joined the Croydon-based home around six months ago, having previously worked in domiciliary care for over a year. She made the move after learning about the home through a friend and spotting the role on the MHA website.

MHA Hall Grange provides residential and dementia care for up to 86 people.

Anna is now being recognised as part of MHA’s 30 Under 30 initiative, which celebrates young professionals across the organisation and aims to highlight social care as a rewarding career path for people aged 30 and under.
