At just 25, Bhuvan Poudel has already made a meaningful impact in the world of social care. Although he officially joined MHA Lauriston just over a year ago, his journey into care began many years earlier—with a deeply personal experience.

“My first experience in care was looking after my grandmother,” Bhuvan shares. “That’s what inspired me to pursue it as a career.”

We spoke with Bhuvan as part of MHA’s 30 under 30 initiative, which celebrates outstanding young staff members across the organisation. The initiative aims to promote social care as a rewarding and fulfilling career choice for people aged 30 and under.
