Charlotte Lay, a dedicated member of the team at MHA Lauriston, is one of the bright young talents featured in Methodist Homes’ inspiring 30 under 30 initiative — celebrating staff under 30 who are shaping the future of social care.

At just 26 years old, Charlotte has already carved out a promising path in her social care career. Having joined MHA Lauriston nine months ago, she is currently undertaking an advanced practitioner course and aims to become a nurse.
