After completing a two-week college placement, Lewis Stokes knew exactly where he wanted his career to begin.

Following his placement at MHA Mapplewell Manor, he applied for a care assistant role—and seven years later, he has progressed to senior care assistant and now serves as the home’s dementia lead.

Lewis credits the home’s supportive environment and positive atmosphere as key reasons for choosing MHA Mapplewell Manor.

Now aged 24, he remains ambitious and hopes to one day join the management team.
