When Pria Giles-Moncrieff began searching for a placement in a Nottinghamshire care home as part of her Health and Social Care course with Inspire Learning, she had several options — but it was the “warmth and welcome” she received when she enquired at MHA The Herons that made her decision easy.

Pria began her placement at the home in November 2024, and after a successful nine-month experience, she applied for a care assistant role and was delighted to join the team in a permanent capacity in June 2025.
