A lively party atmosphere filled MHA Assisi Place in Leeds as residents, staff, and special guests gathered to celebrate Patrick Harrison’s remarkable 101st birthday.

Patrick, a beloved resident of the retirement living complex, was joined by family, friends, and fellow residents for a day full of joy and surprises. Among the guests were the newly appointed Mayor of Leeds, Councillor Dan Cohen, and Hunslet and Riverside Labour Councillor Paul Wray.

The day’s festivities included a traditional fish and chips lunch, live entertainment from an Elvis impersonator, and a horse and trap ride organized by Patrick’s family. Adding a personal touch, staff at the home gifted Patrick a pear tree, now planted in the garden behind his flat where he can watch it grow.
