A care assistant who first joined a Wallington care home at just 18 years old is celebrating an impressive 30 years of continuous service.

Phillipa Abrahart began her career after spotting the home and walking in to enquire about job opportunities. She was offered a position as a helper and has remained at the home ever since, building a long and fulfilling career in care.

Over the years, Phillipa progressed from helper to care assistant, then to senior care assistant, before later returning to her current role as a care assistant. Her journey reflects both her commitment to residents and the supportive environment within the organisation.
