MHA Heather Grange appeals to community to help reach 100 cards for resident ahead of landmark birthday

“We feel it's a great way to work with the community and help to build some connections, we are hoping to hit at least 100 cards, it will be a nice surprise for Delia, as apart from her son no one else knows what we are planning to do."
