It sounds like a delightful and heartwarming event at MHA The Homestead! Bringing animals into a care home can provide so much joy and emotional benefit for residents, and it’s clear from the report that this visit had a positive impact. The farm animals, including lambs, guinea pigs, and ducks, offered a wonderful way for residents and staff to connect with nature and experience some wholesome fun.

Jo Tuckfield's comment about having a "refresh" from the previous visit shows how important these events are for building a sense of community and bringing a bit of excitement. It’s also touching that the visit was made possible by a generous donation from a resident’s family—such thoughtful contributions make such a big difference.
