Birthday celebrations at MHA Davids House as resident celebrates 100th birthday

A Derbyshire care home has raised more than £360 after hosting a successful Christmas fayre for residents, families and friends.

MHA Maple Leaf House welcomed around 40 guests to its annual festive event, which featured a variety of stalls and a popular raffle supported by generous prize donations from residents’ family members.

The fayre raised a total of £366, with the funds already being put to good use. The home has added new Christmas lights to the front of the building, creating a festive display that has been warmly received by residents and visitors alike.
