Amazing support shown to MHA Morel Court as community rallies round to raise thousands during Christmas fayre

It’s so heartwarming to see MHA Montpellier Manor honoring and preserving the history of the Aycliffe Angels in such a thoughtful way. The event, which is focused on bringing together those who worked at the ROF munitions factory during World War II, is a beautiful gesture to connect these women and share their memories. The Aycliffe Angels played such a significant role in the war effort, and events like this ensure that their stories aren’t forgotten.

The idea of creating a memory board from the photos and recollections of the Aycliffe Angels is also a lovely touch, as it gives everyone a chance to reflect on the hard work and dedication that these women showed during such a turbulent time in history.

It’s great that the home is inviting both the Aycliffe Angels and their families to this open event on May 29th, creating a space for connection, reminiscing, and celebrating these remarkable women
