It sounds like Hayley Lawrence's 25-year journey at MHA Morel Court is truly inspiring! From walking in casually to inquire about a job to becoming deputy home manager, her career highlights the power of finding the right fit in both values and work culture. It’s also clear that her dedication to residents and their well-being has made her an integral part of the home’s success.

The surprise celebration to mark her long service is such a beautiful gesture, especially with the buffet, cake, and even an Elvis tribute act! Her journey reflects a lot of growth, both for her and the home, as she’s witnessed and adapted to the evolving needs of the residents over the years.

Her advice about working in care—emphasizing patience, kindness, and empathy—sounds like a perfect reflection of her approach. It’s incredible to see how much she's invested in her role, and the way she views her work is deeply inspiring for anyone considering a career in care.
