Churches are invited to participate in MHA Sunday 2025, an opportunity to pray for and support Methodist Homes (MHA), a charity with a rich 80-year history, founded by the Methodist Church to serve older people.
This year, MHA Sunday will reflect on dementia and care through the story of Irene, an MHA resident. Despite the challenges of dementia, Irene continues to share her gifts with others, reminding us that care is not just something we give, but something we share. Alongside Irene’s story, churches will be invited to reflect on the Parable of the Good Samaritan, as it appears in the lectionary on 13 July.
