Sam Monaghan, Chief Executive, said: "Older people want and need access to the kind of specialist housing that meets their hopes and wishes for later life, but the nation is not developing at the rate people need us to. This week, the older people’s housing taskforce warns us that continuing the current state of affairs is not an option."
