MHA Ryelands hosts cultural day to celebrate culture and community

Six members of staff from MHA Stratton House in Bath will take on the gruelling Tough Mudder challenge next month to raise money for the home's amenities fund.

The team—Jake Grant, Louise Gascoigne, Anne Head, Camellia Ebert, Fluer Preedy and John Hunter—will be joined by family members as they tackle the obstacle course at Badminton Estate in South Gloucestershire on 15 August.

Tough Mudder features demanding 5K and 15K courses designed to test participants' strength, stamina and mental resilience through a series of challenging obstacles.

Funds raised will go towards the home's amenities fund, which helps provide activities, entertainment and outings for residents.

This will be the fourth time MHA Stratton House has entered a team into the fundraising event.

The home provides residential care for 33 residents.
