A group of dedicated volunteers at MHA Hall Grange in Croydon have raised more than £450 to support residents at the home, following a successful coffee morning filled with community spirit and sweet treats.

Held in the home’s communal area, the event featured a range of stalls and fundraising activities, including a popular raffle and tombola. The homemade cake stall proved especially popular, delighting visitors with an array of baked goods made by volunteers and supporters.

More than 80 people attended the event, including residents, their families, and members of the local community. So far, the team has raised £495.30, with further donations still coming in.

All funds will go towards the home’s amenities fund, which supports activities and enhancements for residents. Once the final total is confirmed, volunteers will meet to decide how the money will be used.
