What a heartwarming story! It’s amazing how technology can bring people together, even when physical distance makes it difficult. Doreen's experience at the wedding is a beautiful example of how thoughtful planning and a bit of tech can make a big difference for residents in care homes.

The effort made by the staff at MHA Handsworth to ensure Doreen felt part of the celebration — from selecting a special dress for her to arranging an afternoon tea with prosecco — really shows the importance of making such moments special. It’s clear that everyone, from the activity coordinator to the kitchen team, truly cared about making Doreen’s day as memorable as possible.
