As a kitchen helper you will assist the cook with meal preparation for residents and general cleaning in the dining area and kitchen.

How much time do I need to commit as a volunteer?
The advert details the days and times we're needing help at the moment. There may be other opportunities to volunteer at other time in the future.
Generally, we ask for a minimum of two hours per week for at least six months.
What kind of support will I receive as a volunteer?
You will receive ongoing support and guidance from a scheme manager adn the cook who will monitor your progress, and provide feedback. You will also have access to online resources, training opportunities.
Travel expenses will be paid.
