- We will assess your needs before you move in, and work with you to create a care and support plan that reflects your wishes
- We will review your plan regularly or whenever your situation changes
- We can help after an illness or a hospital stay, and less when you recover.
24-hour a day assistance
Rest assured that you will always have access to emergency assistance 24-hours a day, either from an on-site staff member or a remote response centre, depending on where you live. We want you to feel safe and secure in your home at all times.

Our retirement living teams are based within your service, so you can get to know them well. They are experienced, friendly, and dedicated to providing high-quality care and support. They will respect your privacy and dignity, and help you maintain your independence and wellbeing.
Our personal care services are regulated and inspected by the relevant authorities: Care Quality Commission (CQC) in England, and Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) in Wales.
If you prefer to use another provider for your care and support services, we will respect your choice and help you find a suitable alternative.
