Together, we can help people to live later life well

Our dedicated chaplains provide one-to-one support, a sense of comfort and a listening ear to everyone who needs it in our care homes and retirement communities.

Meaningful activities

Initiatives such as reminiscence tools and robotic pets are helping residents living with dementia to engage with meaningful activities, supporting their cognitive stimulation.

Music therapy

We offer one-to-one and group music therapy sessions to people living with dementia to help ease their symptoms and enrich lives.

Social groups & befriending

We're helping people in later life to maintain their independence by connecting them with like-minded people in their local community through social groups and friendship.

How your fundraising money helps

Resident talks to a chaplain

Could help us to match a befriender with a socially isolated older person, providing them with weekly telephone calls, friendship and support.

Could help us to host an online dance class for the most isolated in the community.

Robotic pet

Could help to fund a robotic pet to provide reassurance, happiness and comfort every day for an older person living with dementia.
