Annual Report & Financial Accounts 2023/24
2023/24 brought challenges for MHA, including care home transitions and sector-wide staffing pressures. However, MHA has made significant progress, maintaining high care standards, celebrating its 80th anniversary, and advancing initiatives like digital care plans and dementia strategies. Advocacy for improved social care funding and the dedication of staff and volunteers have been central to success. Looking ahead, MHA is embracing opportunities with refreshed service blueprints, innovative strategies, and continued investment in technology to enable older people to live later life well.
