To support your wellbeing we can help with:
- 24-hour emergency response service, 365 days a year, to contact help in an emergency
- Staff presence on-site, as a minimum from 8am - 10pm daily
- A settling-in visit within the first two weeks of occupancy
- A daily welfare check and reminders about daily events
- Support and advice during any emergency events such as power cuts, major works to the building, extreme weather events, etc
- Emotional and practical support and guidance during or following a short-term illness, change of circumstance, or other significant event, residents will be supported to find and receive the appropriate assistance
- Signposting and assistance to access appropriate external services to meet your needs.
