Paying in your MHA Sunday or Church donations
Thank you for supporting MHA through an MHA Sunday or Church collection, we very much appreciate all your support to enable people to live later life well.
MHA Sunday donations
To pay in your MHA Sunday donation please download and complete this Donation Recording Form and send it in along with your gifts and any Gift Aid envelopes. It is important we receive this form as it allows us to match donations to churches and Gift Aid envelopes (we cannot claim Gift Aid if we cannot do this) and allows us to thank you as you have requested.

Gifts can be paid in by either BACS, cheques, MHA’s donation webpage or (if you already use them) paying in book.
Church donation NOT linked to MHA Sunday
If your gift is not related to MHA Sunday you are welcome to pay it in via Cheque, BACS or paying in book (if you already use one). Please ensure you send a clear accompanying letter or email explaining where the gift is from and any requests around thank you letters. If emailing, please email fundraisingenquiries@mha.org.uk
