About the Role
A volunteer driver is someone who helps older people in the community to access various activities and services, such as social clubs, exercise classes, health appointments, and shopping trips. A volunteer driver also provides friendly conversation and companionship to the older person during the journey.

How much time do I need to commit as a volunteer?
Generally, we ask for a minimum of one hour per week for at least six months.
We have opportunities Mondays - Thursdays.
What kind of support will I receive as a volunteer?
You will receive ongoing support and guidance from a local coordinator who will monitor your progress. You will also have access to online resources, training opportunities, and peer support from other volunteers. Travel expenses will be paid.
