As a Chaplaincy Volunteer you will support the work of the Chaplain who takes the lead on pastoral care, spiritual and worship aspects of life within our care homes.
Chaplains provide a listening and comforting presence to all residents, visitors and staff, regardless of religious belief and as such embody the caring ethos and values that MHA seeks to nurture. The role of a Chaplaincy Volunteer is to support the Chaplain in their duties caring for the residents.
