Terms & conditions: offers, promotions & competitions

  1. The 3 for 2 offer applies to short-term respite for residential, dementia and nursing care (non-specialist care needs) stays only subject to assessment and availability.
  2. Available to self-funded bookings only.
  3. All admissions are subject to MHA’s Covid safe new admissions process.
  4. The offer applies to a minimum 21-night stay which is to be taken in consecutive nights. The fee for 14 nights will apply for a 21-night stay. Only one week in any continuous stay of three weeks will be free.
  5. The offer may be used twice per short-term resident.
  6. All fees must be paid on or before the commencement of the stay.
  7. All stays must be booked from 4 April 2024 and taken by 30 September 2024.
  8. MHA reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
  9. The short-term resident will be bound by MHA’s Residential Care Agreement and Resident’s Terms and Conditions from time to time in force during their stay. Please contact MHA if you wish to see further details of these documents.
  10. These documents will form the entirety of the contract between MHA and the short-term resident save that where there are differences the terms and conditions contained in this offer will prevail.
  11. All bookings to be made by 31 August 2024.
  12. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
