Alison is passionate about offering a positive volunteering experience and meaningful volunteering opportunities, which benefit both volunteers and our residents and members.
Her dissertation explored the changing trends of volunteering, and motivations for volunteering, and how this impacted MHA, which helped us shape the volunteering offer.
