*GBP*52,985 rising to *GBP*54,505 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation

As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for an experienced and passionate Organisational Development Business Partner to join our team.
As an OD Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our organisational development strategy. You&©ll work closely with senior leaders, People Development / HR colleagues, and cross-functional teams to drive cultural change, enhance leadership capability, and support continuous improvement across the organisation.
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Design and deliver organisational development strategies and initiatives that drive cultural change by embedding MHA values and the One MHA Behaviours Framework and enable people and teams to think, grow, and perform at their best.
- Foster a coaching culture, building leadership capacity through tailored coaching and support in response to evolving organisational needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor and critical friend to senior leaders,
- Support continuous improvement across leadership practice, team dynamics, and change initiatives through collaborative partnerships with HR, People Development, Operations, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment of OD activity with MHA's strategic objectives, values, and behaviours
- Drive the creation of a future-ready and resilient organisation.
We offer the flexibility of remote working and travel to head office in Derby will be required. There will also be a requirement for travel to our sites in England and Wales.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified to level 7 and hold a Level 5 Coaching qualification. Experience in an organisational development role, with a strong track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating development interventions that drive culture change, leadership capability, and organisational effectiveness in a fast-paced multi-site organisation.
