MHA
MHA Sunday 2025 to take place on 8 June

MHA Sunday

This year, MHA Sunday shines a spotlight on dementia, an issue close to many of our hearts. At MHA, we’re proud to support people living with dementia, helping them stay connected and engaged in their communities.

Join us this year as we raise funds for this vital work.

MHA Sunday - bringing services together

MHA Sunday is an annual event where churches across the UK come together to support MHA and share prayers together.

Now in its xx year, MHA Sunday sees many of our friends and supporters up and down the country returning year on year to celebrate, prey and raise vital funds for MHAs community programs.

Together, on MHA Sunday we'll:

  • Raise Awareness by holding services to highlight the important work of MHA
  • Pray for the well-being of older individuals and those who care for them
  • Collect donations to support the charity’s mission.

See you on 8 June!

Irene's story

What home would bring you happiness if you needed support? A place where you feel comfortable, cared for, and secure? This is what Gary and Julie wanted for their mum, Irene, after her dementia progressed to the point where she could no longer live safely at home. This MHA Sunday, they share their story, highlighting the importance of MHA’s charitable services, including our compassionate chaplains, music therapists, and dementia resources, which help Irene live a joyful life.

Great care takes a whole community, and your support makes a difference for Irene and others like her.
