Monday-Friday 2 hours per week Befriending can help reduce feelings of social isolation and loneliness, improve mental and physical health, increase confidence and self-esteem, and enhance the quality of life of older people. By raising money for the MHA Central Befriending Team, you will be helping the team to continue this vital work, to enable older people to live later life well.
