Salary - *GBP*45,325 rising to *GBP*46,780 per annum following successful completion of 6-month probation

About the Role:

As our Office Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of MHA's Head Office. You'll be responsible for:

  • Office Operations & Administration - Overseeing daily office functions, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficiency.
  • Health & Safety Compliance - Managing fire safety, security, and workplace health standards.
  • Facilities & Supplier Management - Handling contracts, office supplies, and service providers to maintain a professional work environment.
  • People & Leadership - Supervising reception and admin teams, fostering a positive culture, and supporting talent development.
  • Event & Meeting Co-ordination - Ensuring seamless scheduling, room management, and visitor support.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience in office management or a similar administrative leadership role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication and people management abilities.
  • Knowledge of office health & safety regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and office administration tools.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
